Return Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements 

Chouchou Kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and all products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. Please know the upmost precautions are taken to limit any cross contamination.

Customer Service Policy

Chouchou at Sofitel is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We aim to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. All online orders must be placed 72 hours before date of pick up. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in AUD.

Collection

Subject to suitable arrangements being made in advance you are welcome to collect your cake from us. Cakes will be boxed at collection, once it leaves our possession we no longer assume liability. Please note that all order must be made with 72 hours notice. If 72 hour notice is not provided we can not guarantee your order will be made for collection.
